Notification in this category shall includes but not limited to :

1. New Listing Publish.
2. Listing Republish.
3. Listing Not Available.
4. Listing Price Goes Down.
5. Listing Price Goes Up.
6. Listing Rental Goes Down.
7. Listing Rental Goes Up.
