This topic shall converse about what is co-marketing and the actions on how to perform co-marketing of a Listing in Laskea.

What is Co-Marketing?

Co-Marketing is a term ,coined by Laskea, that referring join activities of marketing between a Listing Agent with other Real Estate Agents in promoting a Property Listing.

It does not referring or reflecting to the Co-Agency activity between agents or agencies, due to the nature of Co-Agency happens during sales phase, whereas Co-Marketing happens prior, that are during the marketing phase.

A Listing Agent is a Real Estate Agent that has been appointed by a property owner to perform transaction of their property such as for sale or for rental.

Using Laskea, a Listing Agent can easily upload their Listing information and other agents can easily perform Co-Marketing with a single click.

The Co-Marketing Listing that be copied to the Co-Marketing Agent's profile in Laskea and displayed at their personal website. This Listing in the Co-Marketing Agent website shall be branded with the Co-Marketing Agent contact information to further promote Co-Agency sales.

With Co-Marketing mechanism, Laskea aims to promote better marketing and sales ecosystem for all Real Estate Agents in order to achieve our core objective to have fast and easy property sales.

Steps-By-Steps.

There are two methods you can perform Co-Marketing of Listing in Laskea. The first one are:

1. Assuming you are already logged into Laskea and currently viewing a Listing details.
2. To Co-Marketing a Listing, you can click on the "Co-Marketing" button at the bottom of the Listing details (a button with Love icon).
3. When the "Love Button" switched on to red color, it means that you're currently Co-Marketing the Listing.
4. A "Love Icon" shall switched on at the top-right corner of the Listing's photo to indicate that you're currently Co-Marketing the Listing.

The second method are:

1. Assuming you are already logged into Laskea and currently viewing list of the Listing items.
2. To Co-Marketing a Listing, you can click on the "Co-Marketing" button at the bottom of each Listing item (a button with Love icon).
3. When the "Love Button" switched on to red color, it means that you're currently Co-Marketing the Listing.
4. A "Love Icon" shall switched on at the top-right corner of the Listing item's photo to indicate that you're currently Co-Marketing the Listing.

You can view all of your Co-Marketing Listing by go to your profile and clicked on the "Co-Marketing" tab.
